Suppliers start assembly of iPhone 5 for Oct. Launch

Japanese site Mac Otakara is reporting that Foxconn and Pegatron have begun assembly of the rumored next gen iPhone for an early October U.S. launch (Late Oct-Early Nov for Asia), according to "Chinese sources". Foxconn will brunt 85% of the load and Pegatron will pick up the rest. Apparently iOS 5 isn't ready yet so the devices are being stocked without packaging until it is.
