Remembering 9/11

This weekend marks the 10th anniversary of the most important day in my generation's life. Every second since that fateful morning, my life has been affected by this egregious act. The days and months after were filled with confusion, sadness and anger, but they were also filled with brotherhood, unity, charity and the belief this nation can come from back anything. The fact that we're are more divided today than we were before September 11th, 2001, saddens me. Given the fiscal situation this country faces. I can only pray that something far less tragic brings us together this time around. We have a fresh set of terrorist threats facing us as we go into to this anniversary weekend so please, be vigilant, be aware of your surroundings and most of all, be safe. God bless you, and God bless the United States of America.
